Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for Any product online qualifies for in shop pick up.. Pickups are available Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am - 1pm. Please request pickup at checkout. Do not show up for pick up until you have received your email confirmation that your order is ready. Step into the main lobby and showcase your order number to the receptionist for pick up.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all domestic orders.

Once your order is packaged will we send an email with your tracking number. Please allow 21-30 days to manufacturer and ship your order.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • Mexico
  • The Bahamas

Free UPS Ground shipping is not valid on international orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
